Mescord's polyester strap is the most rigid among the types of plastic straps. Polyester (PET) straps, which can be used in light, medium and high strength applications, provide good grip on loads that undergo contraction or expansion during transportation. This is another type of plastic strap with high tensile strength.  

It can be used manually in hand tools, cordless strapping machines and fully automatic strapping lines.  It can be an alternative to steel strapping due to their advantages such as high tensile strength, flexibility and safety . Specifically in metal product applications, it will not damage and does not rust when it comes in contact with metal.
