LINC Systems Acquires Fellow Fastener Distributor Numax

The addition enhances Indiana-based LINC's recently-added LINC Supply division and customer base of 22 states. WESTFIELD, IN — January 27, 2016 — LINC Systems based out of Westfield, IN has acquired Numax of New Windsor, NY. The two companies share a long similar history in the industrial fastening business. The newly combined company will operate under the name LINC Systems, Inc. and remain headquartered out of Westfield, Indiana. The combination of these two businesses will bring many benefits to our 22 state customer base.
